This 12,000 sq. ft. property was built from the ground-up in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This was a three year project, working in conjunction with the architect and home owner. It has a dual purpose of vacation home and luxury rental, while the owners are not occupying the home. Over 90% of the entire interior was custom manufactured... from the chaise lounges to the beds and bocce ball court.
This house was a full renovation and the owner needed a complete interior design package completed. The goal was that we wanted the property to be modern, but yet warm with some rustic elements.
So we chose an airy taupe and white palette and bold accents. The result is a serene, calm space that overlooks the ocean. The dogs Coco and Nala love it too!
This vacation property was a renovation and the owners wanted it to be a fun getaway. Since it is located in Palm Desert, a city known for its association with the movie stars of yesteryear, we decided to pay homage to Hollywood icons like Frank Sinatra and the "Rat Pack." Hence we chose glamorous elements like velvet sofas, lucite and vintage colors and artwork with a modern edge. The owners loved the outcome, as it was comfortable and yet still felt like a vacation property with all the comforts of a contemporary home.
